DCEC Cummins 6LTAA8.9 series marine main engine is a 6-cylinders in line, 8.9 liters four-strokes engine with 114mm bore and 145mm stroke. DCEC Cummins 6LTAA8.9 series marine main engine equipped with Weifu (or BOSCH) fuel pump. The prime power range of DCEC Cummins 6LTAA8.9 series marine main engine is from 224 kW to 230 kW.
DCEC marine main engines have different configurations which have different power output, with code T in the engine model name means turbocharged engine, code TA in the engine model means turbocharge with water-air intercooler and code TAA in the engine model means turbocharge with air-air intercooler.
